We offer pick-up and delivery. Call (610) 777-2727 to schedule a case pick-up. If you do not have our case boxes please ensure to mark the outside of box with our name, address and phone number.

Shipping

Not in our delivery area ... no problem. Click to request a postage paid priority-mailing label.

Three simple steps to carefully pack your case for shipping ...

1. Place each model half in bubble wrap and place inside of a sturdy box.
2. Cover all markings on the box before affixing our mailing label.
3. Give the packaged work to your letter carrier or post office.

Your work will arrive in our laboratory in 1-2 business days. We will process your work and return to you via the United Postal Service.

All work accepted by Berks Dental Laboratories must be accompanied by a complete prescription form signed by a licensed dentist. Workmanship and materials will be guaranteed against defect for a period of 3 years. Any use, sale, transfer, modification of the appliance or failure to reasonable notify and return the appliance within thirty (30) days to Berks Dental Laboratories shall constitute acceptance.
An invoice for each laboratory procedure will be included with each delivered case. The invoice evidence a contract for the sale and delivery of the specialty manufactured goods mentioned herein, subject to these terms and conditions.
